曲靖師范學院

??曲靖師范學院地處我國第三大河珠江的發源地、云南省第二大城市、爨文化的故鄉、“全國十佳宜居城市”——曲靖市。學校2007年6月以“良好”成績通過了教育部本科教學工作水平評估,2010年成為云南省優質生源高校,2011年成為云南省碩士學位授權立項建設單位,2012年和2015年連續被中央文明委命名表彰為“全國文明單位”,2017年6月通過教育部本科教學工作審核評估,2018年10月進入云南省2018—2020年碩士學位授予單位培育學校行列。

自2000年升本以來,在省委、省政府、市委、市政府的大力支持下,學校為地方經濟和社會發展培養各類高級應用人才5萬余人,贏得了“千里珠江,源頭起航;園丁搖籃,桃李芬芳”的美好贊譽,已發展成為曲靖教育發展的龍頭、合格師資培養的重要基地、先進文化建設的重要窗口。

辦學歷史文化積淀厚重。學校辦學歷史最早可追溯至1907年開辦的“師范傳習所”,1912年設置云南省立第三師范學校,1956年更名為曲靖師范學校,1977年招收昆明師范學院曲靖普通(本科)班,1978年成立曲靖師范專科學校(1993年更名為曲靖師范高等專科學校),1984年建立曲靖教育學院。2000年3月經教育部批準,曲靖師范高等專科學校、曲靖教育學院、曲靖師范學校合并組建曲靖師范學院。一代代曲師人不忘初心,砥礪前行,熔鑄形成了“苦樂交融育英才,百年樹人鑄精魂”的曲師精神。

人才培養質量不斷提高。面向全國26個省(市、區)招生,現有全日制本專科在校生15000余人。積極推進教育教學改革,初步形成了卓越人才、復合人才、拔尖藝體人才、應用型人才培養體系。歷屆校友中,涌現出了在中國革命和建設中做出貢獻的徐文烈將軍、《在太行山上》的詞作者桂濤聲、抗日名將王甲本;“全國三八紅旗手”、黨的十八大代表胡艷,“云南省教育風云人物”、“云南省百優校長”郭跨存,“全國優秀大學生援教教師”、“云南省教育風云人物”梁春林,“全國模范教師”徐瑞等大批優秀人才。學生在國家級、省級以上學科專業競賽、科技創新競賽中的獲獎人數逐年上升,獲國家級獎項521項,獲省級獎項1023項,獲獎人數達1544人。學生就業率連續12年處于全省高校前列。大學生“三下鄉”社會實踐活動連續5年獲中宣部、團中央、教育部和省委宣傳部、團省委、教育廳表彰。

辦學基本條件不斷改善。現有校本部、古城、環東三個校區,校園面積1394.46畝,校舍面積38.32萬平方米,圖書館館藏文獻總量220余萬冊,電子圖書資源量近10萬GB;固定資產總值8.25億元,其中教學科研儀器設備總值1.18億元。2004年9月建成占地1157.46畝、集圖書、體育、教育教學設備于一體、環境優美、充滿濃郁現代大學氣息的校本部。學校榮獲省市“平安校園”、“園林綠化先進單位”稱號。

學科專業特色鮮明。學校設有17個教學單位,5個教輔機構,38個研究機構(含9個校級獨立研究機構),建成了一批有特色的專業,形成了多學科發展格局。有8個省級重點學科,其中1個云南省高原學科,并進入2017年碩士授權單位規劃建設學校;3個碩士學位授權立項建設學科,2個優勢特色重點學科,2個已掛牌二類重點學科。設有全日制本科專業57個(含師范類專業19個),23個高職高專專業,60個成人教育專業。專業涉及經濟學、法學、教育學、文學、歷史學、理學、工學、管理學、藝術學9大學科門類。建有國家高等學校特色(重點)專業1個、云南省高等學校特色(重點)專業5個,省級精品課程11門,云南省新建本科院校向應用技術型大學轉型發展“支持產業升級重點專業群”立項建設項目2個,云南省本科高校轉型發展試點學院及創新創業教育改革試點學院建設項目1個,云南省高水平師資隊伍建設項目2個,云南省高等學校創新創業教育實踐基地建設項目1個,云南省實驗教學示范中心3個,云南省級虛擬仿真實驗教學項目2項,云南省黃大年式教學團隊1個,云南省經濟學卓越人才協同育人計劃1項,國家和省級教學質量工程項目175項,學校學科專業建設取得明顯進步。

師資隊伍建設成效明顯。現有在職教職員工1063人,其中博士163人(含在讀)。有專任教師765人,正高職稱教師70人,副高職稱教師231人,高級職稱教師占到專任教師的39.35%,碩博教師占專任教師75.56%。專任教師中有58位受聘擔任上海師大、云大、云師大等高校碩士生導師。教師中有享受國務院特殊津貼專家、全國優秀教師、省突、省貼等省內外知名專家、省中青年學術和技術帶頭人及后備人才、教學名師共20人,云南省級名師工作室6個,長年聘任校外兼職教授78人,外籍教師13人。初步形成了一支符合本科教學要求、具有較高思想業務素質的教師隊伍。

科研創新能力不斷增強。建有國家體育總局研究基地1個、省哲學社會科學研究基地1個、高校重點實驗室3個,省哲學社會科學創新團隊2個、高校科技創新團隊1個,省級教學團隊5個,省級人才培養模式創新實驗示范區2個;主持國家社會科學基金資助項目40項、國家自然科學基金項目34項,國家藝術基金項目6項,共承擔各類科研項目1545項,出版專著、編著、藝術作品集和主編教材300余部,公開發表論文8690余篇,被SCI、EI、ISTP收錄780余篇;獲得省、部級各類優秀成果獎92項,省部級以上各類教育教學獎111項,曲靖市社會科學優秀成果獎162項,曲靖市文學藝術創作政府獎24項,產生了一批高水平研究成果。

服務經濟社會發展能力不斷增強。近五年,完成了“曲靖市主導產業培育研究”、“曲靖市產業轉型升級研究”等課題10余項,承擔了“曲靖市經濟發展藍皮書”等專項課題,為政府和相關部門提供了重要的決策參考。以校友桂濤聲為原型創作的紀念抗戰勝利70周年大型歌劇《濤聲依舊》、以及為紀念紅軍長征勝利80周年排演的歌劇《年輕的腳步》,成功公演并獲得好評,為藝術教學改革和協同創新創造了典型經驗。成功舉辦國家藝術基金項目《絲路華彩——西南少數民族水彩藝術展》“西南絲綢之路”和“海上絲綢之路”巡展,展示了西南地區的水彩藝術成果與我校藝術教育、人才培養成果。2017年11月, “曲師二爨培生字庫”正式上線,根植中華優秀傳統文化,傳承和推廣二爨書法。組建了7個獨立研究機構、1個校政聯合獨立研究機構——曲靖市旅游發展研究院。

國際化辦學逐步深入。成立了“云南省出國留學預備學院曲靖分院”,成為云南省人民政府第三批華文教育基地,與泰國清邁大學、美國賓州曼斯菲爾德大學、愛爾蘭沃特福德理工學院、新西蘭商學院和林肯大學等合作開展“2+2”、“3+1”、“3+1+1”等多種形式的聯合人才培養項目;近年來與英、美、加、澳、新、法、愛爾蘭等國家和地區的多所高校和教育機構建立了正式交流合作關系,長期聘請英、美、加、泰等國外教到校任教,招收長短期留學生1000余人,在泰國創建漢語國際教育培訓推廣中心1個,加入中教國際交流協會并啟動了1+2+1中美人才培養項目,國際化辦學水平逐年提高。

“十三五”期間,學校將始終堅持創新發展、內涵發展、轉型發展、特色發展,以立德樹人為根本,實施高素質創新人才培養、高原學科建設、服務能力提升、領軍人才引培、開放融合、基礎設施服務能力提升、文化精品建設七項工程,不斷提高人才培養、科學研究、社會服務和文化傳承創新水平,不斷增強學校的綜合實力和核心競爭力,實現辦學模式全面轉型,建成綜合性強、人文社會科學優勢顯著、服務區域經濟社會發展的理工科貢獻突出、教師教育獨具特色的應用型大學,并為最終建成特色鮮明的區域性高水平大學奠定良好基礎。

Qujing Normal University

Qujing Normal University is located in QujingCity, the birthplace of Zhujiang - the third longest river in China, the secondlargest city in Yunnan, hometown of Cuan culture, “ Top Ten Livable Cities in China”-- Qujing City. In June 2007, Qujing Normal University received a B rating inthe undergraduate education accreditation by the national Ministry of Education,and since 2010. In 2011, it became an authorized master’s degree constructionunit in Yunnan Province, it has been upgraded to one of the key universities enrollinghigh-quality students in Yunnan province. In 2012 and 2015, the school wasawarded the prize of A National Civilized Unit by the Central Committee ofCivilization Construction in China. In June 2017, it passed the examination andevaluation of the Ministry of Education on the undergraduate teaching work. InOctober 2018, it joined the ranks of the prospective schools for master’sdegree awarding units in Yunnan Province from 2018 to 2020.

Since the upgrade to a degree -awarding institutionin 2000, the school has trained more than 50,000 advanced applied talents forlocal economy and social development under the support of provincial partycommittee, the provincial government, municipal party committee and municipalgovernment. The school has won the notable reputation of commencing from thesource of the long Pearl River and being the cradle for thousands of teachersand instructors. Now, it has become a leading figure in the educational developmentcause, an important base for cultivating qualified teachers and a bright windowfor the building of advanced culture in Qujing city.

The University has a long history and profoundcultural heritage. School history can be traced back to 1907 when the first ' TeacherTraining Institute' was set up and in 1912, it turned into Yunnan ProvincialThird Normal School. In1956, it was renamed to Qujing Normal School and in1977, Kunming Normal College Qujing Ordinary (undergraduate) classes startedrecruitment. In 1978, Qujing Junior Teachers College was established.(The namechanged to Qujing Senior Teachers College in 1993), and then Qujing College ofEducation established in 1984. As approved by the Ministry of Education inMarch 2000, Qujing Senior Teachers College, Qujing College of Education andQujing Normal School were merged to form Qujing Normal University. Generationsof teachers and students keep being faithful to their heart, and keep movingforward no matter what they confront, thus casting the spirit of teachers andstudents in Qujing Normal University whereby 'Cultivating talents with joys andhardships,Fostering a noble soul through persistent efforts' .

Quality of talent cultivation is improvedcontinually. Enrolling students from 26 provinces(cities,districts) throughoutChina and now we have more than 15,000 full-time students on campus. Byactively promoting the teaching reform, we have basically established thecultivation system of excellent talents, complex talents,top-ranking arts andsports talents and applied talents. Among its large number of well-knownalumni, to name only a few, were General Xu Wenlie, who contributed a greatdeal to the national revolution and construction cause, GuiTaosheng, author ofthe Ci poem titled The Taihang Mountain and Wang Jiaben, a renowned militarygeneral in the Anti-Japanese War; In recent years,Hu Yan has won the title of“A National Red-Banner Pacesetter” and was chosen as one of the deputies inYunnan province for the 18th CPC Party Congress. Mr. Guo Kuacun has won thetitles of “ Man of the Hour for Education in Yunnan” and“ Top HundredWell-known Principals in Yunnan”. Mr. Liang Chunling has won the titles of “National Outstanding College Students Aiding Education” and “ Man of the Hour forEducation in Yunnan”. Xu Rui, awarded as “ National Model teachers”. The numberof students who have won prizes in academic competitions, scientific innovationcompetitions at the national and provincial level and above has been increasedyear by year. Up to now, 1, 544 students of our school have won 521nationalprizes, 1, 023 provincial prizes. And the students employment rate have beenranking among the top of all universities in Yunnan Province for 12 years.Besides, the “ Three Sends to the Countryside” programs organized by us tobring cultural scientific medical services to the rural areas have won recognitionfor a consecutive 5 year period by Propaganda Department of the CentralCommittee of the CPC, The central Party and government authorities,Ministry ofEducation and Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, ProvincialParty Committee and Education Department.

Basic conditions for school running have beenimproved continuously. Now we have three campuses: the Main Campus, GuchengCampus and Huandong Campus. It covers a total area of 1394.46 mu (about 229.72acres), with a school house floor space of 38.32 thousand sq. m.; a librarystocked with over 2.2 million volumes of books; There are nearly 100,000 GB ofE-book resources.The fixed assets total to RMB 825 million Yuan, including thetotal value of teaching and scientific research-related equipment andfacilities amounting to RMB 118 million Yuan. The Main Campus, which was builtin Sept. 2004 and totals an area of 1157.46 mu (190.68 acres), contains all theelements of a modern university and enjoys a beautiful environment withlibrary, gymnasium,education and teaching equipment. The school has won thetitles of “ Safe Campus ” and “Advanced Unit in Afforestation”.

Discipline structure with distinctive characteristicshas been well established. Our university now has set up 17teaching units, 5teaching-supporting institutions and 38 research institutes(including 9exclusive school-level research institutes).We now provide a good number ofcharacteristic majors and have formed a multi-disciplinary development pattern.We offer 8 provincial-level key disciplines,  one of which is plateaudiscipline of Yunnan Province, and are selected as the university to be builtin 2017 for master degree programs; 3 construction disciplines for masterdegree programs, 2 privileged key disciplines of features and 2 authorizedTitle II key disciplines. Besides, the university also offers 57 bachelor’sdegree programs (including 19 pedagogical majors ), 23 specialties of vocationaland professional training, and 60 specialties for adult education. Thebachelor’s degree programs cover 9 major disciplines including economics, law,pedagogy,literature, history, natural science, engineering , management, andarts. The university provides 1 characteristic (key) major for nationalinstitutions of higher learning, 5 characteristic (key) majors for universitiesin Yunnan Province, 11 provincial excellent courses, 2 programs underconstruction of establishing projects to “support key speciality groups inindustrial upgrade” for new universities in Yunnan Province transforming toapplication-oriented universities, 1 construction project of Yunnan provincialtransformation and development pilot colleges and universities as well asinnovation, entrepreneurship and education reform pilot school, 2 Yunnanprovincial high-level faculty construction projects, 1 Yunnan provincial highereducation innovation, entrepreneurship and education practice base constructionproject, 3 Yunnan provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers, 2virtual simulation experimental teaching projects at the provincial level, 1Huang Danian teaching team in Yunnan Province, 1 collaborative educationalprogram for outstanding talents in economics in Yunnan Province and 175 nationaland provincial teaching quality projects,we have achieved remarkable progressin discipline and specialties.

Notable effects of the building of teaching staffhave been achieved. The university now has a faculty and staff team of 1,063 membersin service, among whom, there are 163 doctoral students (including those whoare still pursuing their PhD degrees). Among all the faculty and staff, thereare 765 full-time teachers, 70 teachers with senior titles, and 231 teacherswith sub-senior titles. This means that teachers with senior titles accountfor39.35% of the full-time teachers, master supervisors and doctoral advisors accountfor over 75.56% full-time teachers.Among all the full-time teachers,there are58 teachers who have accepted the appointment to be master supervisors inShanghai Normal University, Yunnan University and Yunnan Normal University.There are 20 teachers who enjoy special expert allowance granted by the StateCouncil, titled as national outstanding teachers, rated as provincial distinguishedexperts or granted special expert allowance by the provincial government, ortitled as provincial middle and young aged academic and technical leaders andbackup talents, and distinguished teachers. In addition,the university has 6 workshopsfor distinguished teachers of Yunnan Province,and it has invited 78 visitingand part-time professors and 13 foreign experts to work on campus annually. Thefaculty and staff team, with a high political ideology and professionalteaching competence, can satisfactorily meet the demands of undergraduateeducation.

Research and innovation capacity has been enhancedincreasingly.We now have established 1research base on the leader ship of thestate general administration of sports,1 provincial philosophy and socialscience research base, 3 university key laboratories, 2 provincial philosophyand social science innovation teams, 1 university science and technologyinnovation team,5 provincial teaching teams, science and technology innovationteam, 2 provincial experimental demonstration areas for innovation of talentcultivation mode; and have taken on 40 national social science fund projects,solely or jointly conducted 34 national natural science fund projects, 6national arts fund projects, and 1545 scientific research projects indifferentfields.  Moreover,the faculty and staff members have published over 300 monographs,compilation works,collections of fine arts, and textbooks, as well as more than8690 papers, of which 780 dissertations were included into SCI, EI andISTP as well.With regard to the prizes and awards, we have won 92 prize for ouroutstanding achievements at provincial or ministerial level,111 prizes forteaching of various realms at provincial or national level and above, 162awards for outstanding achievements in social science of Qujing, 24governmentawards for literary and artistic creation along with a large number ofhigh-quality research achievements.

The capability of serving social and economicdevelopment has been strengthened continuously. In the last five years, we havecompleted more than 10 subjects such as “research on fostering of leading industriesin Qujing” and “study of industry transformation and upgrading” and undertakenspecific subjects, for example,“blue book on economic development of Qujing”,which are all of vital value for reference for decision-making of the governmentand related departments. The great opera Sound Of Billows created by our alumniGui Taosheng for commemorating the 70th anniversary of the victory of theAnti-Japanese War, and the opera Foot steps of the Young rehearsed forcommemorating the 80th anniversary of victory of the Red Army’s long march weresuccessfully performed in public and gain wide praise, which sets typicalexperience for art teaching reform and collaborative innovation. Wesuccessfully held the Silk Road —Southwest Minority Watercolor Art Exhibition“Southwest Silk Road ” and the “Maritime Silk Road”,  the National ArtsFund Project, showing watercolor art achievements of the southwest regions andart education and talent training results of our school. In November 2017,“Qujing Normal University Ercuan Peisheng Character library” was officiallylaunched,which is rooted in Chinese traditional culture, to inherit and promoteErcuan calligraphy. Meanwhile, we have set up 7 independent research instituteand 1school-government joint independent research institute, namely QujingTourism Development Research Institute.

Internationalization of school-running has beenstrengthened gradually.We have founded Qujing Branch of the Preparatory School forStudy Overseas in Yunnan, become one of the third batch of Chinese educationbase under the leadership of People's Government of Yunnan Province,andcommenced such joint talent cultivation programs as “2+2”, “3+1”,“3+1+1”etc.with Chiang Mai University in Thailand, MansfieldUniversity of Pennsylvania in the USA and New Zealand College of Business andLincoln University. In recent years, we have established formal exchangesand cooperation relations with many foreign universities and educational organizationsin many countries and regions including those from the UK, the USA,Canada,Australia, New Zealand, France, Ireland etc. In addition, we have hired foreignteachers from the UK, the USA, Canada and Thailand to teach in our universityover a long period of time ,recruited 1000 long-term and short-term overseasstudents, also established1 international Chinese language education promotion centerin Thailand, become a member of the International Communication Association onEducation of Chinese Language and initiated 1+2+1 Sino-America talentcultivation programs. On the whole, the internationalization of school-runninghas been strengthened year by year.

During the 13th Five-year plan, our university hasbeen adhering to innovative, connotative, transformation and characteristicdevelopment and always taking high moral values establishment and peoplecultivation as the fundamental task of education. We have carried out sevenprograms including cultivation of high-quality innovative talents,plateaudiscipline construction, improvement of service capability,introduction andtraining of leading talents, opening and integration,enhancement ofinfrastructural service capability, creation of top-quality cultural productsto constantly improve talent cultivation, scientific research, social serviceand cultural inheritance and innovation level, and enhance comprehensivestrength and core competitiveness of the school, and realize overalltransformation of school-running pattern as well. Only in this way, can wesucceed in realizing our goal of becoming an application-oriented universitythat can facilitate regional economic and social development with highcomprehensiveness, remarkable advantages in humanistic and social science andstriking features of teachers' education and finally lay a solid foundation forbuilding a local high-level university with striking features.
